Room rates for our convention block are $190 for single or double rooms.
Please note the TPF block of rooms will close June 26, 2024.

Check in for TPF Convention will be from:

  • Thursday, July 18th from 2PM to 6:30PM
  • Friday, July 19th from 10AM to 6PM

The Texas Allied Poultry Association and Texas Poultry Federation meetings will be held Friday July 19th before the TPF Awards Dinner and TAPA Auction. More information regarding these meetings will be provided at the registration table.

The Texas Poultry Federation Awards Dinner and Texas Allied Poultry Auction will be Friday, July 19th at the Hyatt. Each person who pays a registration fee may attend. Doors open at 6 PM. The Golden Feather Award, and Salesman of the Year Award, will be presented during the awards dinner.

Players must be registered for the convention and paid in advance to participate. No walkup registrations at the golf course will be taken. There are no refunds for this event.

Please arrive early for check in. Breakfast will be provided for players and starts at 7AM. The tournament will be a Florida Scramble with a shotgun start. All teams will be selected by random drawing. Only parents and children under 14 may play together. Please note players not specifying a handicap will be considered "A" player. All awards will be presented during lunch following the tournament at Hill Country Golf Club.

Participants must be registered for the convention and paid in advance to participate. No walkup registrations at the shooting range will be taken. There are no refunds for this event.

Shoot will include skeet, trap, five-stand, or an assortment of all. Teams will be divided on a handicap basis. Cash prizes will be awarded to the highest scoring teams. There will be door prizes, as well as items for raffle.
SHOOTERS NOT DISPLAYING PROPER GUN SAFETY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE RANGE. THE COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY SHOOTER.

Lunch will be provided for tournament participants. Spectators can purchase a lunch ticket for $20.
Maps to the Bexar County Shooting Range will be available at the registration area at the Hyatt.
